C2-01 Sims free+abroad ?

Want to buy this phone on amazon, says its SIMS free. Can I just put my tesco O2 Sims card in- no unlocking etc etc needed. Plus one review says it can't be used abroad. Can we use it in Europe ? or elsewhere /

Yes, no problems if sim-free.
