Models Own Ibiza Mix over the top of Accessorize Aztec, I am in LOVE with IM! It's so pretty. Soooo pretty. You don't really get the full effect of it through over such a dark base :(

Better write up on my blog here :)http://nails-and-nibbles.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/accessorize-aztec-and-models-own-ibiza.html

    WOW. Beautiful!

    I've been Money Tipped!
I got up at stupid o'clock this morning & was sleepily browsing the MO website and I think I bought the £20 Hed Kandi set by accident. Stupidly have the Paypal app on my phone & it's too easy to buy stuff. My OH buys thing in his sleep on his iPad as well. Just woke himself up before buying a tv the other night.

At least my sleep spends are only £20 not £1200!!!

I'm a little surprised by how this colour looks. I don't love it, but I quite like it. Might add some stamping or something tomorrow.

they are so strong I can barely even file them as I wreck nail files

Have you tried a glass/crystal nail file? I think the majority of us have the leighton denny crystal one but there are plenty on ebay that are much cheaper you could try. Just thought it might be harder to wreck than a normal nail file:D

I can't recommend anything that will definitely work, as everyone's nails are different. I can only tell you what works for my nails.

Here's where everyone starts yawning while I bang on about Nailtiques again (it's Groundhog Day!). My nails used to peel quite badly, Nail Envy (Sensitive & Peeling formula) worked to some extent but my index & middle finger still peeled. A friend recommended Nailtiques Formula 2 and I've been using that ever since. No peeling at all now, ever.

You can buy Nail Envy or Nailtiques from Amazon, ebay, lookfantastic.com, beautybay.com etc. Just shop around for the best price. If you go for Nailtiques, make sure you get Formula 2 though, not Formula 2+. Good luck.

Oh, don't forget cuticle oil either.

My Nailtiques 2 arrived today filed nails down and put on first coat, for a while the nails were still really soft, but I noticed about 6 hours later the tips seemed quite a bit harder, so I filed them a little more. Fingers crossed!

    Nail varnish storage

Love this thread I'm 41 but this is the first time I have really been in to painting my nails.
I want to storage my trash a bit better and was thinking of these http://www.roobeauty.com/section.php/379/1/all-nail-polish-rolls

I know you all love the Ikea unit but I thought these might work rolled up in a pretty bag.

Not a fan of yellow for nails but love seeing the pictures.

These look really:cool:, I am thinking of getting one of the zipped bags with the divisions for polishes/make up for holiday use. I looked a while ago, thought I might make up to free postage by buying a couple for gift drawer.

Heads up ladies...look what I found in Poundland this morning!

    263df6a6.png

They are branded 'chit chat' and say limited edition, but here they are side by side with genuine Technic Carnival and Mermaid and I challenge you to spot the difference! (the 2 chit chat bottles are in the middle, genuine technic is on the outside)

    :)
technic & chit chat are made by the same company badgequo I have the chit chat blue one & it's called Ariel so really think they just put different stickers on the bottles, I haven't seen a purple 1 though. My local £land sold out really quick, didn't have any left whan I was last in.
    Booo!!!
