Hi,

I recently stumbled across this thread when Googling nail care as have started to take more of an interest in my nails rather than just painting them one colour! All the nail art i've seen so far on here is totally amazing and so inspiring :-)

I brought a load of Konad stamping bits and although haven't perfected my technique yet am having great fun experimenting with all the designs. I'm also waiting for the Red Carpet Manicure set on QVC as find my nails chip so quickly (very bendy) and haven't been too impressed when i've had gel nails from a salon...

Anyway my question is where do you all buy your supplies from? I'm after CND Cuticle Eraser, a curette, nail art brushes, etc but can't seem to find them anywhere. I don't know whether I trust eBay as wouldn't know how to tell if a product was fake and a lot of UK sites require you to prove you're certified.

p.s. just noticed you've got a red challenge at the moment and i'm currently wearing MaxFactor Nailfinity in Red Passion, which OH's Mum got for me at the weekend for 10p as she works in Boots

Hi Laura, follow the link (a couple of pages back) to our flickr group and paste a photo of your red mani. You definitely get the prize for the most MSE manicure of the week :T

Freyasmum is probably your best adviser re where to get CND stuff etc, if she's around.

The only shop I know that stocks China Glaze is Sally's Beauty Supplies. I noticed beautybay.com are selling them now though.

Ooh thanks starrystarry and backhoe - i've signed up to flickr and requested to join your group. I'll have a proper look on eBay tomorrow as am supposed to be doing coursework but keep getting distracted by pretty nail things lol so must resist until my deadline on Saturday!! x
