I got the speciallita ones from there too :j

Thanks. A lot of them are OOS at the moment but I've bookmarked the site for a future splurge.

I finally got round to buying a matte top coat (Mavala) this week. Been meaning to try one for ages. I love it. I've been wearing a Leighton Denny red for the last couple of days (forget the name) with NYX Dark Red Glitter over the top (one of my absolute faves). I was getting a bit bored with it but adding the matte top coat has breathed new life into it, really like the effect.

@Mingle - Would a ridge filler polish help them look a bit smoother for now?

Thanks for all the advice- I do have a Jermyn street so I'll put that on soon.

xoxo- they're not bumpy as such just really raggedy and peeling. I use a leighton denny crystal nail file- I know KNOW i will never go back to a standard emery board after seeing the damage they can do. My OH was REALLY shocked (which is saying something).

Have never used an emery board. I do have one of those block things with 4 sides, but only use it to finish the edge of my nails when I have used glitter varnish

Tonight I have a coat of foxglove then two coats of OPI excuse moi.

    Not to be facilitator...

Also, there appears to be no Nail Envy on there. I love Nail Envy

In all these posts I think it's the first time I've heard Mavala mentioned . I used to want them so much when I was a teenager (many years ago !) I do have about 4 of them + often look at the display . Now I just think how expensive they are, over £4 for a tiny bottle + don't buy any. If anyone uses Mavala , do you think they're worth it ?

I will post the results, at the moment I am busy playing with my colour wheels.

I think I like the colour wheels more than I like painting my nails.

Just cleaned out my polishes a bit an organised my Helmer.
I've slung a few that were looking a bit manky or i didn't like so my collection acually feels compact now (still over 200 though!)

Loaded them on a new flickr account as its easier than putting them on here and fidling around with sizes. I think i've set the preferences to public?

Oooooh, my Helner is red too, love it, but could use some of those dividers.:)
