Well I think £18+ per month for phone calls, even if you don't "use it a lot", IS a lot.
Have you not got fully itemised billing? You could then see which calls are costing all the money and where you could make savings.
If virtually all the numbers you dial are UK national/local 01,02,03 numbers then I'd start using 18185 or a similar service unless you make more than 360 such calls per month, then the anytime package macman suggest might be better, unless the majority of calls last more than 60 minutes then 18185 would certainly be cheaper. An average of 12 calls a day is not "hardly use the phone" in my book!0 -
Your exclusive calls are costing you more than your line rental. Look at your bill and work out where all this going. Your potential saving is around £200pa.
If you are not making these calls, someone else is.No free lunch, and no free laptop
