If you opened the account online, it does not need a physical signature as you agree to the terms online. Why don't you pay your bill as you should have done and then you would not have had charges. Or you can say it was fraudulent and the Police could get involved:money::mad::money::mad::money::mad:

If you take them to small claims court and you lose, and in my opinion given what you have stated here you will, then you'll be paying the court fee plus all of their costs.

They have stated their fees/charges are reasonable, if their fees really are less than £35 per charge then its been considered reasonable already in a court of law.

Can you please direct me to case law to back up your statement that the courts have found jd williams charges reasonable ?
Also in the small claims court costs are not an issue even if you lose.

You'll need to post some details so that the fees can be explained to you. But if they are charging you £100 a month, much of that is likely to be interest, not fees.

If you're struggling, speak  to them about an arrangement or other help, but be aware of the impact on your credit files.
