Hi I was about to start a new thread about in the same theme.
At work we have 2 TV's one connected to laptop no problem, but my boss would like to be able to see my PC screen every now and again to check Im not on here (or to see presentations without having to go into a cold conference room)
We have the VGA cable plugged in but where as on the laptop the function f4 button works to "connect" there is no function button on my keyboard.
Any ideas?
Thanks
YDSMI wish I would take my own advice!0 -

Are you talking about a desktop pc or laptopMansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -
Its a desktop PC, thinking about it now would I have to disconnect my monitor?I wish I would take my own advice!0

Still use XP here.
I right click on screen, choose Nvidia Control panel, and then use Set up multiple Displays, single display, clone or DualviewMansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -
I'm using XP prof. cant seem to find an option like that?I wish I would take my own advice!0

right click on some blank space on the desktop and click Properties. Then goto the settings tab and it should show you 2 displays if it's set up right, and you'll want to set it to mirror (same thing to 2 screens) rather than extend.0

I couldn't get the sound to work so am now using an external speaker as advised earlier.
Works a treat. Cheers!0
