    Yeah but you might actually be sensible with yours whilst he leaves his on 24C all day long and walks around in a t-shirt.

    I've had a look into your account and it seems that the letting agent provided an incorrect opening meter reading when you moved in.

    The reading should be 1270, which we are amending and you will receive an updated statement where the charges will be substantially reduced.
