Lush face mask workshops

Went to the kingston branch with 2 friends yesterday and it was LOVELY. Absolutely brilliant staff, I couldn't fault them. We had two girls for the 3 of us who served us a choice of 3 herbal teas which were delicious! They explained all the ingrediants in the face mask we where going to make, then we had to mix them, including squishing blueberries which was lots of fun! Then the toned, cleansed, steamed, scrubbed, masked, eye creamed, neck creamed and moisturised and we had around 4 face massages during this process! We also came away with a big filled pot of face mask which was fantastic knowing we'd helped make it. The store was fairly busy, but you loose sight of people walking around after a while and it's actually very relaxing! We shared banter with the staff about whose ipod was playing (very cheesy 80's which we loved!) and got shown around the spa treatment room upstairs. We will all be back again one day soon to get one of their treatments as they all sounded amazing! There were no hard sales, although I did spend a small fortune on some of the items that were used in the facial, but only because they were so well explained and felt amazing on my skin! Overall 11 out of 10 for lush

Went to Bromley branch today-as I was the only one booked I got nearly an hour of 1 to 1 pampering, Lucky me.
Cleanse, tone, serum, facemask, face mist and moisturised. Also got a hand and arm massage while the facemask worked. Thanks to Abi at Bromley for going above & beyond what was expected! Did buy some of the products used but no hard sell.

Went to the Plymouth branch yesterday and there were 7 of us, it was my first outing to a Lush shop and I was very impressed; we were all made to feel very welcome. A selection of different tea's, coffee, hot chocolate or water on arrival, with further top up's if wanted. The staff member explained everything fully & all the ingredients used in the mask were passed around for us to smell & touch, we all mixed the mask & came away with a very full pot. I volunteered for the facial which was lovely, skin felt beautiful afterwards, no hard sell but I did purchase a cleanser & a toner. We were given soap samples & I received 2 x small pots of face moisturiser. Well done to all the staff at Plymouth for a lovely morning.0

Had my workshop in Bath this afternoon and it was excellent. There were two members of staff (Amy and Ruby) and four of us. I was there for two hours, during which I enjoyed two cups of Clipper green tea, made the face mask, had a wonderful and very thorough facial with massages, and was given a generous pot of face mask to take home. No hard sell at all, just plenty of detail about the products and advice when asked for it.
Superb promotion that makes me love both companies even more than I already did! :T0 -

I had issues to begin with then realised one number looked like a number 5 but was actually a number 6, was just hard to decifer! I called up Lush and they told me what the code was. You need to keep the tag to attend the group (and you need to buy the tea box to get the tag as its fastened in-hopefully people wont go shoplifting them!!) so I think Lush are happy to give the code if you call them.0 -
You may also have problems with the browser as I couldn't get it to work in Internet Explorer, try another computer or firefox (or the other way around) see if that helps.0

I went to Bath last week & it was brilliant. I almost didn't go as my friend couldn't make it & as my sight isn't too good I was a bit nervous. But I'm so glad I went - I was the only one there & was thoroughly spoilt! I have a huge tub of facemask in my fridge, & got a few samples of stuff to try. I did buy some products (some I would have bought anyway) as I was impressed with how most things felt on my skin.
I also had an hand & arm massage while the mask was drying - really relaxing & their solid hand cream bar is the nicest product I've ever used. The products she recommended have really suited me, so it was well worth doing. Book up if you can.
I never got a confirmation email through, so had to ring the branch to confirm my place - the "system" had worked & they were expecting me.And I find that looking back at you gives a better view, a better view...0 -
Booked mine yesterday - looks like I grabbed the last space. Was going to take a friend with me, but have decided to go on my own.Sealed Pot Challenge No 3060
