Friend had problems booking using IE but managed to book using firefox. She was looking for Bath/Bristol & they had lots of dates from now & through to the middle of March, but Swindon don't have any dates yet, so reading this thread, I assume they've not put their dates on yet. She hasn't been able to get her confirmation email though...And I find that looking back at you gives a better view, a better view...0

Anyone know the title of the confirmation e-mail so I can look for it please?? x0

I would LOVE to do one of these, but with no babysitter in the near future I had to miss out.

Thanks for that , def no confirmation in my inbox then even though I thought I had one!
Will ring them and check if I have a place rather than turn up and be turned away!

Thats such a shame
They say to allow 1.5 hours so I don't know if there would be any way you could get someone go with you but take the children for that time (if it actually is that long) then catch them up later- I'm just trying to think up options as if my sister were wanting to do this, I'd be happy to take my neice off for a little while, I'm sure she'd manage for an hour and a half with me!
Otherwise maybe send Lush an email- maybe they'll give you a face masque for free as you'd get this from the workshop if you were able to attend, just have the voucher to hand to them in exchange if they do say its OK.0 -
I had problems with the code- if it doesnt work in internet explorer try firefox- mine worked fine then. I'm booked in at the Bath store cant wait
also someone mentioned if it doesnt work in internet explorer even when u click the yellow book make sure u are using the up to date version of internet explorer.
i was on a work pc trying to do it so i couldnt update anything but got the other half to check and it worked fine on firefox so i booked in when i got home.

Booked for lakeside on Friday for today, got there and they knew nothing about the booking and insisted you could only book as a group of four. I had booked for me and my daughter and showed the email confirmation on my phone and the manager was adamant you couldn't book unless you rang the store. I pointed out that it says nothing of the sort on the website. Anyway as a goodwill gesture she organised a facial for me and my daughter and said we can rebook for the facemask workshop. It was nice but I did feel a bit let down.0
