They have some boxes in the Old Kent Road London store!

I have also been able to get the code and form to work, I did call Lush on the customer care number for some help but otherwise it was all fine and fairly straightforward.

Type in the code with LUSH at the end in capitals, no spaces then your name in the next box and its all done.

    Hope this helps :)

Found some in Marylebone High St Waitrose, and there seem to be a good number of spaces left for the London workshops. Yay!
    2015 comp wins - £370.25
Recent wins: gym class, baby stuff
Thanks to everyone who posts freebies and comps! :j
  • I found 50 packs of the green tea with labels attached for only £1 in a small Sainsburys on Broad Street in central Reading.
  • Apparently Tescos in S.c.u.n.t.h.o.r.p.e had lots. Sorry for the full stops but spot the swear word!

Went to the workshop. Not hugely impressed, it was a bit boring.

You don't make the mask you sit and watch her do it whilst she talks about the ingrediants. In my case she was nice enough but didn't make it exciting. Also, half the ingrediants were already premixed in a bottle so it sort of defeats the object.

Then they put the mask on you (in the shop), take it off, go for the hard sell during a 'consultation' (I was expecting some sales pitch but thought they would be a little more subtle wth it being Lush) and actually, I'm not convinced they gave me th right stuff for my skin anyway. They also used their really nasty foundation on me (I hated Be never to busy foundation and this seemed similar) in completely the wrong colour but kept tryng to tell me how nice it looked. To be fair to them, it did look really nice on one of the other lady's on the group so it obviously suits some people.

They were obvioulsy having problems with the booking system on their end too.

They gave me a full face mask plus numerous other samples (which can you can get if you ask nicely normally anyway). But I came home with four black tubs which combined with the the tub I already have means I can get another free face mask in the future!

I don't think I'd bother doing it again.

But, for those of you who are struggling to find the [STRIKE]golden[/STRIKE] pink ticket my local Lush are having a mother's day event where you buy a ticket for £15 and you and a friend/mum go along and do a similar sort of thing and both get a face mask (not sure what one or if you can choose) and a £5 voucher. I think that's right so it might be worth you contacting you local store to find out if they are doing something similar.
Trying hard to remember... "Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure nineteen nineteen and six, result happiness. Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure twenty pounds ought and six, result misery." David Coperfield
    [STRIKE]C/C £800[/STRIKE] paid off February! :T
    And onto the next...

hi, just wanted to say im sorry if you did not have a good experience and also to say that some stores will run their workshops differently to how you have said yours was run, i know ours are certainly ran differently.
we team everyone up into pairs and explain each step of the skincare process whilst you take it in turns to use the techniques and products on each other...i.e..both get faces cleansed, then toned, steamed, serum applied, facemask applied and then moisturised .we try and make them as fun, informative and inter:)active as possible and definately get everyone involved in the facemask making process too.
we definately dont go in for any hard sell, as you know lush is more than happy to give samples to people anyway if they express an interest in a product. the workshops are there to allow people a chance to try some new products and hopefully get a really nice relaxing experience...if you feel that the products recommended for your skin arent right for you, go back, give them some feedback and ask what else they would recommend , as a company we want our customers to be happy and they will try their best to find the right products for you and will be happy to let you try other products. hth
  • I hope someone can help me - I can't find my workshop confirmation e-mail anywhere

I type in 'Lush' in my e-mail search but nothing , nothing under 'workshop' either or 'confirmation' & have gone through pages and pages of e-mails trying to find it! :(:(

I did get a confirmation and need to print it out to take it with me I presume?

I put a link in my first post- others have added more I think and you just get the details of your pack (the code is on the bottom) and go to the website. The address is also on the pink label.

I was under the impression that all you need are the pink label and/or the green code (though I think its just the pink one!) I'd imagine they have names at the store on a list being there are only a set amount of places per store).

I don't own a printer and wont be printing out my email, I also do not have a mobile phone so wouldn't be able to flash a screen at them either, I hope they don't expect a print out as I wont be giving one!

i think you will be fine without the confirmation email as they will be expecting you, just make sure you take along your clipper token.hyh
  • I was the only one who went to the workshop on Tuesday at the Manchester Arndale store! It was fab though as I actually got to make the facemask and got a full cleanse, tone, scrub, moisturise, facemask and hand massage treatment from the workshop leader, Charlie, as well. I think it would have been a bit dull to just watch it though, and I wouldn't have liked having someone on the workshop touching my skin, so I am really glad that no-one else booked, even though I did feel a bit daft at first!
