Hi

I have an O2 contract from CPW.

My brother has seen a contract/phone he wishes to buy (via Quidco) but his Halifax Bank Account keeps on getting rejected.

Will i be able to buy this contract?

OR we have a joint bank account - so will he be able to buy it using this joint account (as i've used this bank account for my contract)

Thanks

You get a credit check done on you when you take out a contract. If it comes back that you are loaded and can afford the monthly bills then they should pass you and allow your to get more contracts.

Usually you will be ok to get 2 contracts, anymore would be pushing it.

If it's a joint account and he has a seperate card number to the one you used then it might work.

i currently have three with them. Just check the call credit limit on your current accounts. They usually give you a massive limit around £100 to £200 when you open an account. Just make sure you ask for it to be reduced.

All three are with 02 Cpw, and i have one with '3'.

Yeh, well not loaded, but someone with a decent job could get more than a student would for example.

Also if the one bill is a problem they can be split up onto seperate bills your CS can sort that out.
