Anybody else had trouble converting to days out deals, am going to call Tescos but wanted to ask advice here first, Thanksnow mum of 4!!!0

I'm a bit new to the tesco mse, (got my first womble applied today!)
I've been sent extra point vouchers and a £5 tesco voucher as part of the end of jan clearout of pointd.
question is, i didn't realise they'd do this and was planning on saving up my points, i've e-mailed tesco but they're not responding (waited 3days so far) is there any way i can convert this £5 back into points? or into other goods.
it apparently worth £20 for a mean, and that sounds much better than 35 in store.
thanks
xxDon’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.

hi
With the last statement and this one i have converted my vouchers into £800 worth of cosmos vouchers and used them to book a holiday to the dominican republic.
cant be bad ah means one of us goes for free0 -
jetcat wrote:hi, was wondering if someone could walk me through this one! am wanting to book for florida next easter, is it possible to exchange vouchers already collected for virgin vouchers, and use that as the deposit for the holiday. then, as more tesco vouchers are collected, exchange them at a later date?
hi there,
This offer is not as good as it seems you cannot have any discount if you are using your tesco vouchers so you have to pay the full brochure price, so if you have not got many vouchers then it may be worth seeing how much discount you can get in a shop or on the internet first. You cannot add to the vouchers at a later date once you have booked the holiday you only get a few days to send the vouchers in then you cannot send any more after this. So you have to decide whether to wait to book it to save as many vouchers as possible or just use what you have now.
Good luck with this hope it helps you.0 -

You can just keep it safe as they are valid for 2 years. Just keep them all until you want to convert them to Deals.

Don't overlook this post....it is worth everyone's while to know this! We are not suggesting you spend your vouchers at Sainsbury's INSTEAD of getting Deals (or selling them on eBay) we are suggesting you use the original vouchers at Sainsbury's AFTER you've used the online codes for Deals. Don't throw the used vouchers away (and no, it's not fraud, read the thread!).
Have a look at the link Chas provided and ask any questions on there. Basically, you can quite legitimately get the value of your vouchers from Tesco AND Sainsburys (if you can get to a participating store)."I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -
hmmm, I see a mod has added a cagey remark to cover the site, showing the definition of fraud. Never seen this about coupon-use before and if anything, what's in that thread is less ethically questionable, IMHO, than someone using Somerfield vouchers at Tesco....
Draw your own conclusions peeps, but I too am holding on to my clubcard vouchers even after conversion to Deals. Why wouldn't we, e.g. if Asda later announced they'd accept them for a trial period we'd be kicking ourselves for having binned £200-worth wouldn't we?PRIVATE 'PCN'? Has anyone actually bought the thing off ebay for 99p, that tells you 'TESCO CLUBCARD VOUCHER CODES to SAVE UNLIMITED £££'s' - is it worth it - I know it's only 99p, but I don't want to make a charlatan rich, if in fact it is a pile of rubbish. All feedback looks good though. Seller is 'royalsite'0
