My Dell totally crashed a few weeks ago, and a very kind friend had a look at it for me. He fitted a new hard drive and did all sorts of clean ups and things. I had the bare minimum of memory apparently, but I'm very proud of myself as this morning I have just ordered another 2gb of memory and added it all by myself! ( Thanks for the link to the crucial website) I can't believe how much faster it is! All working well, so now I can get rid of the stuff he's put on that I don't want, and all is well!
