    The gap between the D & 1 is too small, it needs to be larger than the gap between the the two Ds.

    Schedule 3, Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001.

    I think a 21st birthday would be better for getting her private number plates. Just for me when they get to twenty one they are a little more grown up and appreciative.

    It's a lovely idea.

    Thank you Rikki, my daughter saved and bought this car herself and paid 1st years insurance in advance, believe me when I say shes mature and quite appreciates the value of money already ;)

  • I agree with poppasmurf... DVLA is the best people to buy from. I bought mine from a separate website and my £299 plates ended up costing over £460.

    they did handle everything for me though and made it really easy
