3 not reporting on my credit file

Hi there, recently i've started a 3 sim only deal contract. I'm on my second month now and they are taking the second payment on the 5th of feb.

However on experian, there is no three credit account, except for my hsbc current account? If i am honest, i am not happy about this, the reason why i took out the sim only contract was for them to build up my credit rating, no good if they are not reporting the payments to experian ect.

I'm not to sure if have reported to equfiax, having problems viewing file online so last week i ordered a report which should come this week.

Do they have to report to at least one of the following? Can i demand that they report to the big daddys? :mad:

I don't think that you can demand, but surely you can ask.

There is no legal requirement for a company to put something on your credit file. You can't force them and you can't use it as a reason for cancellation.

You'd have had more joy taking out a credit card, doing a little spending on it and clearing the balance every month.
