So, you have no personal experience and no legal qualifications, so your authority to give your opinion on this matter is? Nothing. When you've personally been involved (not some mate down the pub) in this situation, then please come back to give me advice. My credentials are empirical evidence, not just with the DVLA, but other government departments.
