Sky broadband with Post-Office phone line-possible?

I pay my phone line-rental through the post office but im told this is still a BT Phone line - is this true?

Im tempted by the sky tv/phone/broadband deal and it states you need a BT line to get this - will i be able to carry on paying line-rental to Post Office or will i have to change back to BT?

i cant see why not
all the lines are bt at the end of the day
try it and all they can do is say yes or no but i should think it will be a yes they can
