Hi
Does anyone have an email address for Mothercare Head Office or someone on the management board? I have complained by email and spent over 3 hours on the telephone but am getting nowhere and no amount of googling reveals email addresses for Mr Parker, Mr Harrington etc on the chief exec team.
Not that I think they will be remotely interested in what I have to say but I've just had enough.
Long story short, delivery of furniture arrived - over £1100 - arrived 2 days early, ok fine we happened to be in. Then when we got it out found it was damaged beyond belief - scrathes, chips, peeling paint, bits missing, chunks out of cot legs - you name it, it had it. Very dangerous. Plus one item missing. Called up, told that missing item would be here on original delivery date (2 days time). Didn't arrive, called again, would be next day, didn't arrive, called again, told next day, didn't arrive. This went on every day for 9 days. Still no sign of missing item and furniture is still damaged, out of stock and cannot be replaced at present.
I'm 38 weeks pregnant, Baby due imminently and cannot believe their substandard products and customer service. I'm angry beyond belief. Have spent approx £3K between us and my parents with Mothercare in the last 6 months and this is a complete farce!
Please, does someone have a contact email?
Thanks in advance
