I have FINALLY got mine - 3 months later after chasing 3 times. I think they just gave it to me to finally shut me up! Still, now just to work out what to spend it all on!

I opened this account back in February. I have deposited at least £1,000 per month and I set up two direct debits. However I have never received the £100 joining incentive.
I spoke to customer services tonight and was told it was because I had not "switched" my main current account. My recollection was that you had to transfer at least two direct debits or standing orders.
Does anyone have a copy of the original t&c's before I decide whether I should take this any further.0
