Can I ask, does the Amazon voucher come from Santander, or does it come as a MSE email? I signed up a couple of weeks ago but haven't received anything by email yet. I know that you only got the voucher if you signed up through this site, so was wondering which of the two I should chase up to try and get my voucher... As you say though, not holding my breath.

Im not sure if it comes from money supermarket or santander, it does come via email as far as I know though.

When I signed up, I got an email from Santander saying my voucher would be paid within 30 days of opening and giving me a reference number to chase up so you should go back to your original emails from them. I chased it up and they said they were waiting for "validation of my account" - not sure what that means.

If they're saying they won't give me the voucher until three months has passed and I get my £100 too then that's fine but say that up front rather than promising it within 30 days of the account.... fail number 1 Mr Santander!

Checked the T's & C's and it definately says you should get the voucher within 30 WORKING days of your account being confirmed. Sent them a message on Friday as its been more than that now. Havn't heard anything back yet but will let you know when I do...

Confirmed, as in "Santander have confirmed to us that you've opened an account and are eligible" rather than "account opening" I would highly suspect.

So I'd suspect that you might have another few weeks waiting here...
