tesco clubcard points statement came today

Mailing Dates:

London and SE England - 14 to 20 February
Rest of UK - 21 to 25 February
Non Reward - 26 February to 01 March

The cut off date was 28th January - if you've made any changes to your account since then these won't be reflected in your statements until May.

It can take a while before the vouchers points are removed from your points total but is a good indication of them being sent out. It does vary by a few days and yes, because of the vast number of statements being sent out (imagine how many people have 6 cards registered!), then delays happen and some will go missing. Call them up and it'll get sorted out.

Statements can be re-sent until March 18th, after that and the vouchers will have to be rolled back into your account.

Double points vouchers are usually added seperately within a few days of getting scaned at the tills. If you've not got it, phone up and ask.

Hi, yes I agree with you, I think we should be able to log into Tesco.com and check balance of CC and be able to see what points and where earned, like you can with Sainsbury's nectar card.

Would make things so much simpler

That was going to be a point to raise if I got onto the Tesco Panel, but unfortunately did not get selected so fingers x'd someone else will mention it.

I was also going to ask why when placing orders online why you can't pick the voucher you want to use with the order the website does that for you and then if use choose to use an alternative you loose the one it had selected. What's all that about!!

But back on topic...... I use a tally sheet for points that I got from PTS and it is tops, nice and simple to use, can highly recommend it.

I had my points through today.

I have:

Double points on your shopping
300 points when you spend £18 on DVDs
60 points when you buy Anchor cheddar cheese
Donate 100 points to Red Cross
Free Pedigree Better by nature 400g
and

1000 points when you join Tesco ediets for a minimum of 3 months.

I'm really pleased with this lot!

Has anybody joined the ediets thing is it worth 1000 points?

Apparently you can join the diets then cancel and you get back everything except £4.99 more info on the tesco forum on https://www.paidtoshop.co.uk
Thinking about doing it myself.

watch what you are doing with the diets I did it last year and had a nightmare
trying to cancel it took over 6months and cost me a fortune

Thanks for posting this rallymad - just one question what are Non Reward statements?

Presume its the people who have reached the minimum amount to receive vouchers.

Yep, that's it. Will get a statement with the points and extra coupons etc but no money off vouchers (and hence less urgent to be sent out!).

Go into a store and pick up a temporary one, then call the number on it.

When they ask you "is this a replacement card?", "have you had a card before", etc etc, SAY NO and they will register a new card and won't bother trying to look up your previous card details.

If you use the paper card a few times before registering I think you get a bonus of 150 points too.
