Mine finally arrived today. :T £26.50 in vouchers (without too much effort).
Bonus points are quite good and all easily usable:
25 points on I Can't Believe it's Not Butter (don't buy but will try it)
40 points on £1.50+ on fresh pasta
25 points on £1+ salad dressings or dips
50 points on £2+ breakfast cereals
50 points on £1.50+ cheese
140 points on Filetti washing powder (I always buy Fairy non-bio but will try this)
Quite happy with my lot.

Mum phoned me up all excited ......... her clubcard mailing arrived and she received £19 worth of vouchers plus bonus point vouchers.
However, on putting on her glasses she realised they were mine and she is still waiting for hers.
Now I am only expecting 2 more mailings.

Can anyone help me with this? I had two double points vouchers through the post which I've used over the last couple of months. I noticed at the time that my receipt listed the points given as only the number of pounds spent at the time and asked customer services why the double points weren't showing. They said that they would be listed on the clubcard statement seperately. I was sceptical but left it at that. Of course, they're not listed seperately on the statement at all so I've lost over 200 extra points.
Any ideas what has happened here and why they didn't show up on my receipt or statement - they were in mailings addressed to me. I don't have the receipts any more to challenge it :mad:0
