linnyp wrote:Can anyone help me with this? I had two double points vouchers through the post which I've used over the last couple of months. I noticed at the time that my receipt listed the points given as only the number of pounds spent at the time and asked customer services why the double points weren't showing. They said that they would be listed on the clubcard statement seperately. I was sceptical but left it at that. Of course, they're not listed seperately on the statement at all so I've lost over 200 extra points.
Any ideas what has happened here and why they didn't show up on my receipt or statement - they were in mailings addressed to me. I don't have the receipts any more to challenge it
I used two double points coupons recently and the points weren't added on to the receipt. I have no way of knowing whether the points have been added on to this statement, as I was promised by CS either.

Same with me, but I think it's because the double points voucher was for one clubcard account and I handed it over when using another one of my cards.0 -

Both mine were sent through to my own clubcard.
One was from the Healthy Living Club and one was from the Wine Club. The coupons scanned and said 'Double Points' on the receipt but the extra points weren't added on at the time.
I've used double points vouchers before and they've been added straight on to the total.

with my ones I am sure that the points are put on within a couple of days of scanning the double points voucher and not immediately at the till. Checking my receipt today my balance will be added to when the double points voucher is credited within a few days

That's what I wondered so I kept an eye on the couple of receipts after I used the vouchers but they never showed up.0 -
mine came. very poor haul.
25 points on marg and the donation to the red cross. Other stuff was for baby products but DD is not 2 so I don't use them anymore..
Did get points for a £2 spend on cosmetics that was the only one worth keeping.0 -
I got two of my seven statements today. Im in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. The extra points coupons were pretty much the same as what others have had, ie 25 points for spending £1 on bread, free bag for life etc., however, on one of the accounts, which I only use for online shopping, I received a voucher for £7 off a £70 shop!Whilst there are 500 points codes for grocery shopping still out there I will carry on shopping online but if they dry up again I will probably use the voucher instore.
Can't wait to see what coupons I get on the other five statements. I usually get better coupons on my biggest statement (£125 due this time).0 -
This may be a stupid question and I suppose this has been asked before but why can't we view points earned, when earned and on what in our accounts, all we get is a total, unless you are the vigilant type it is easy to lose points here and there. My target for this year is to pay off my last CC and reduce my loan as much as poosible
