I completed my flat yesterday at asking price 250k. The flat was never really fully marketed. I was the second viewer and made my offer on the spot. (at that time, i already had two failed transactions and was pretty sure this is the one)
Another similar property in the same building was priced at £275k and then sold at £265k a few months ago. And another one's asking for £285k now0 -
Bought at £733k , asking price was £780k. London/Kent border. Been on for 5 months and had one sale fall through.0

On at £169,950 offer of £150,000 accepted. Unfortunately had to pull out as my buyers pulled out. This was in Derbyshire.0
