    I completed my flat yesterday at asking price 250k. The flat was never really fully marketed. I was the second viewer and made my offer on the spot. (at that time, i already had two failed transactions and was pretty sure this is the one)

    Another similar property in the same building was priced at £275k and then sold at £265k a few months ago. And another one's asking for £285k now

    Bought at £733k , asking price was £780k. London/Kent border. Been on for 5 months and had one sale fall through.
  • On at £169,950 offer of £150,000 accepted. Unfortunately had to pull out as my buyers pulled out. This was in Derbyshire.
  • Type of property: Mid Inner terrace, Grade II listed 3 bed (2D/1S) Cottage within Snowdonia National Park, North Wales
    Asking price: Originally Offers over £100k, reduced to £90k + 10% vendor gifted to be deducted on completion.
    How long had it been on the market for? : 3-4 months
    Sold price: £80,000
    Date: February 2012
