I've searched their website but with no success and I don't fancy ringing them up just yet.

I can say this with absolute certainty - No, they don't.
However, it's always sensible to set up mail redirection for 12 months when you move (at a cost of approx £35) as you never quite know who you've forgotten to give your new address to. If you do this then you need not worry about notifying the network of your new address.
Besides, if a bill goes astray, E2Save accept online bill prinouts so you're not at the mercy of Royal Mail being 100% reliable with the redirection.
If you do want to update the network about your new address I would advise notifying E2Save of this address change both prior to making your claim (so that they can update their records and send the cheque to the correct place) and in a cover letter with all subsequent claims.

Except that they are incorrect in stating that. I made sure Orange had my new address, sent in the newly addressed bill, then found a cheque arrived through redirection (YES, well worth it for £30+ per year!) because e2save has squirreled away my old address somewhere and were using that as the basis for chequebacks.
Had to ring e2save to change my address with them too, and send them proof. Subsequent chequbacks have been fine.0
