I had called BT after finished my contract last week and they didn't auto-renewal anymore, instead put me on Unlimited Anytime Plan with Line Rental cost £19.50 per month (12 months contract) and I had asked BT what offer will they give to me as a loyaly BT Customer since 2001 and I never get any deal with BT. They look into my account and the deal and say yes they do have a special deal for BT Long Term Loyaly Customer (more than 10 years only) and offer me 12 months contract wth Unlimited Anytime Extra Plus for £1.50 a month plus Line Rental of £10.00 a month and say total inclusive of VAT are £11.50 per month with a saving of £96 a year better off. I was so happy and thanks BT for that deal. I asked BT why there isn't any product "Unlimited Anytime Extra Plus" on the website ? They say it only deal for BT Loyalty Long Term customer for 10 years which I had been with BT. They had other package called "Unlimited Anytime Extra" for BT Loyalty Short Term customer who are with BT for 5 years.

Sound like BT had a secret loyalty term, so, if any of you who are with BT for more than 5 years, it worth to ask them to look into it and give you a better deal. BT had also informed me that the deal is only one off per household in every 5 or 10 years only. So, next year I will revert back to standard at £19.50 after 12 months.

BT Unlimited Anytime Extra Plus give you £1.50 a month plus line rental £10.00 a month total inclusive VAT is £11.50 per month (for customer who with BT for a minimum of 10 years at the same property) 12 months contract with a saving of £96.

BT Unlimited Anytime Extra give you £2.50 a month plus line rental £12.50 a month total inclusive VAT is £15.00 per month (for customer who with BT for a minimum of 5 years at the same property) 12 months contract with a saving of £54.

Been with them a lot longer then 10 years and was only offered a discount of £3 off cost of £4.90 for unlimited anytime.
No mention of discount off rental.
