Hi anyone heard of slingbox tv, viking have it in at £175.00 just wondering if its any good.

You can get it much cheaper else where for around £149.99.
I currently have one here, which has been tested in spain and the picture quality is great. Typically 600 - 800kbs, this speed will depend on the upload speed (of your broadband connection)where you place the slingbox.0 -

Fantastiic piece of kit - we took it to Italy (loaned it off a friend to test it) a few weeks back and it was amazing!

I believe you need sky/cable to be able for this to work. but its to have on your pc from anywhere in the world, so if your folks had it then you could pick it up yessamtheman wrote:so would anyone recommend this?
