just go one page back and see my post on Ultrasurf
you do not sign up to the US site
    sign up to the UK

Thankyou. However I oddly want to sign up to the US site, and pay in $'s for my first months subscription to benefit from a promotion. If can access the US sign up link, however when I am sent to the US site it automatically reverts back to the UK site.

I had the same message and sent off an equiry, got a very quick response saying they'll fix it.

Checked my TCB page and found it is now payable at £15! Happy days. Now claimed, so hopefully will be in my bank within the next few days. Must have been an error on their part.

How long in total did it take for you to be able to withdraw the cashback?

It's been marked as payable in my TCB account for several days, but when I came to claim it today it says I can't because of some "reporting inconsistency", whatever that may be. Now TCB say it's not available to me and that they are looking into it.

Strange though, because it's TCB paying this amount out of their own back pockets (according to the blurb on their website). So I fail to see why there's a delay.

    thats right
hence the need to use other methods to access the US site.
if you simply went to the US site, why would people be asking how to do it? ;)

Hmm. Strange. Can't think why they've put a stop on me withdrawing it.

Still, this delay does at least give me the opportunity to request they try and match the £15 cashback Quidco are offering its members.

So, do you know what I could do, please? I apologise, I really am not so tech savvy at all however there must be a way for the site to stay in the US version at sign up, and not revert back to our UK one.

    Thanks
