PCN issued complete lie!

Question... I was issued a PCN for having moved my car and re-parked in the same place. The thing was that I parked in a two hour zone at 9:55 returned to my car at 11:45. I had not moved my car at all as I was physically at work the entire time. I did an informal appeal which was rejected. According to the "officer" he observed the valves of my tires in a different position. I obviously was nowhere near the car and it did not move the entire time. Can "officers" lie so blatantly?. So what can I do now?.

You'll need to specify if this is a council or a private company PCN. If it's a private company then the advice to follow will be
a) Ignore.
b) Ignore.
and then c) Ignore.
If it's a council then the advice will be to refer this to www.pepipoo.com/The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

Unless he has photographic evidence of "valve movement" he wont have a leg to stand on and you can appeal the decision for a judge to decide.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

No ticket needed. This was on the street in the town centre of Maidenhead. Two hour allowance clearly stated on the sign. There is only space for three cars there. Plus you know what the chances are of moving your car and getting in the exact same spot in a busy town centre!.0

It just drives me mad that they can just issue a PCN based on a complete lie and then make you go through hoops just to see if you pay it!. Are they getting some sort of commission or bonus to issue PCN?. Is this legal?.0

have you received the notice to owner yet ?
