Coils of wire in the ceiling??? Hearing aids, pacemakers etc not to mention if you fixing other item to ceiling or floor above there are defined safe routes distances etc were the coil was would be anyone’s guess

Just saying 60 sockets etc most electricians break it down to room e.g.

Bedroom 1 4x sockets 4 x down lights 1 x switch….

Stops confusion “I thought you were putting 5 in here 3 here etc “ helps client understand if there are sufficient outlets, lighting etc in each room prior… he could stick them all in one room...

Bathroom downlights, There are different zones in bathrooms that require different ip ratings and some that require none? and £30 for 8 .????

Is the dropping the ceiling to get down lights in..? you can get some very low profile, depth etc ones and most timber joist would be over 4 inches?

Plastering over old boxes ? rust coming through plaster or it blowing as they rust might not happen for years but it takes seconds to take them out…
