Hi I wonder if anyone can help me.
We run a small business and use BT One bill. We currently have 3 lines plus broadband, and usually spend between £150 - £180.00 per month. This morning I recieved our bill from BT for a massive £3400.00!!!!! I immedialtey phoned them up to query this, and got told for the past 18 months, they have been wrongly billing someone else for our broadband and this is what i owe them. Can anything we can do regarding this. I have tried looking at other forums with no success.

Surely you must have noticed in the past 18 months you weren't paying the correct fee?0

So the broadband costs just short of £200 per month by their calculation???????0

If this a Business line, or residential. If the latter, there are rules to provent them from seeking it all up front if the error is theirs (not NOT for business users). If you've been going over the capped limits, this could explain the cost - but are in a good position to argue it duwn, due to the fact they've never actually warned you of any over-use.0

Er I smell a troll0

Could also be an ISDN line which costs a lot more, but yeah most likely a trollDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
