o2 contract help?

hi, i have recently opened a 12 month contract with o2 via CPW, where i get 400 minutes a moth and 100 texts with the nokia 6822 for £35 a month with 11 months free. i also used quidco which gave me £37 so it is an overall profit! lol
every 4 months i send back my bill and they pay me something like £128.33
i get 11 months free by sending back my 4th, 8th and 12th bill, you all know how it works! are CPW any good with this sort of thing as i have known many companies to change their addresses without informing you or deny receiving the bills! are CPW ok with this, do they always pay up?
and also does anybody know a number to ring, that will tell me how many minutes and texts i have left? i know it can be accessed via the website but need to do it sometimes when i'm out!

CPW seem to be one of the more reliable cheque rebate operators, do a search of this form to see others successes / problems, and guidance on how to the three submit bills.

I took out a similar deal with CPW on 02 and am due to subit my first bill in May. They had better not muck me about !
