cancelling sky movies when just taken HD?

hi, does anyone know if we can still cancel the movies part of our sky even though we took HD in december? We only took the HD as we needed a new box and there was a really good quidco deal and £100 of m&s vouchers that made it worthwhile. i know we are now in a new contract with the HD but we dont really watch the movies anymore so want to get rid of it. Think something like that new netflix would be more beneficial to us as sky movies are a load of crap anyway and just repeat the same old stuff all the time.

we've had movies for a couple of years now.

You can cancel the movies at any time. We've just taken HD without the movies.

One thing to note though, if you cancel the movies I don't think you'll be able to get Sky 3D any more. You have to be a Sky World customer (which as far as I can see means all the channels they have, including sports and movies) to watch Sky 3D, if that affects you.

thanks, just gave them a call and sky movies will stop in a month. they did try and offer me 20% off my package for 6 months to keep it but we prob watch about 2/3 movies max a month coz theres never much on so still not worth it in my eyes.
and we dont have sports or a 3d tv so doesnt really affect us. thanks for the help x
