B&Q vent

Brand I'm unsure of, Each oven has two pop out knobs and two out of the four have come completely off while the other two have remained unscathed, The complaints and such with b&q have been done by my father who holds all relevant paperwork and was the purchaser, Unfortunately I'm unsure of what exact response he has had, but he basically said he had been fobbed off every time.

I dont know if pop out knobs are common, but this sounds like my model, and I too have two ovens from when I moved in. We havent had any problems.

It will say the brand on the front of the appliance, or if you open the door, you should also see the model number on the inside of the oven...
