Simply3g
Any of you dealt with this company before Simply3g, they seem to have a lot of good deals at the moment, but looks can be deceiving
Searched in previous threads not much said about them
Been pondering all week about which network, tariff, ect, leaning towards Three at the moment, seems to be best value for money but then with all the negative feedback not so sure,
My heads spinning
Any help much appreciated

I really want some feedback on Simply3G too please.
I am on Vodafone right now and really want to change to Three for the value for money aspect.
Was going to simply go somewhere like Dialaphone after we hooked my husband up with a good phone and package (12 months free etc) however Dialaphone now look like they've hiked all their charges and only have limited phones now.
Saw the Nokia6680 on Simply3G Talk & Text 600 for £11.99 per month on a 12 month contract.

Looks like a good deal to me but a bit scared of going into the unknown.....Dialaphone was a big step for me!!
Any help/advice much appreciated.0 -
Hi,
I asked about Simply3G a couple of weeks ago but got no feedback. I have also done a lot of searching and came up with very little.
In the end, I decided to go with one of their Upgrade Deals on Three as I didn't want the hassle of losing my number, or going through the whole porting process from Three and then back to Three again. They are the only company I have come across that offer upgrade deals on Three (except for Three themselves).
Anway, I have had no problems with getting in touch with them so far. My first conversation was via the online help, and they were quite open about there being a delay on the Nokia 6680 Black. My next contact was via phone when I wanted to confirm some more details. It was answered promptly, and the rep was helpful. I then placed my orders online (Thursday 6th iirc). My only complaint was that I heard very little after receiving my order confirmation email, and after a further (quick and hassle free) phone call on the Saturday they confirmed that they are not set up for dispatch emails and that stock was due at the start of the following week, and that I should call on Monday (10th) if I had any concerns. As it was, I didn't have time to call but sent them an email before I went to work in the evening, this email was replied to the same day confirming the phones had been despatched, and sure thing, they arrived first thing on the Tusday (11th), sent via Special Delivery.
I was a little concerned that when I received the handsets, the Three security seals had been opened. However, there were no signs of use or wear, and an email enquiring about this was answered with the explanation that they confirm the contents of all handset boxes before dispatch. Each phone inlcuded an invoice that details the purchase including the cashback deal (i.e. "10 months 1/2 price line rental") and a "Thanks for choosing simply3G" with a few notes about your purchase and details of their "recommend a friend" £20 virgin voucher scheme (if you are grateful for my post, drop me a PM and you can use my name ).
Since receiving my phones, I have had written confirmation from Three regarding the upgrades, and a letter from Simply3G about the insurance policy (3 months free etc etc), and the terms and conditions for cancellation etc. This surprised me as (in my experience) most phone companies don't tend to remind you about the 'free' insurance, let alone make it easy for you to cancel.
My only concern is whether they will still be around to honour the cashback, but I'm willing to take a chance. At the end of the day (from reading some of the posts here and elsewhere) there's no guarantees that you won't have problems with the more 'established' companies. Apart from the above, I know they have been established since Feb 2004, and are part of the Simply Communications group and they trade from an office in Surrey.
Not much else to report really...
Hope this helps,
