£48k extra you can try but that is being so far over sensible you could upset them and find yourself with no bargaining room..

I was thinking on upping the redundancy to the level it would have been in three years time and rounding up so somthing like £10k total includung whats been offered allready not extra.

MIght be a bit more with some PILON.

Depends how the £6k was arrived at, go back and look at the letter it should explain.

If you tried that on me you would not get an option you would be back working for the same manager who by now would have had a good talking to.

This must be somebody on a wind-up.

You have asked the same question 7 times.

"Yes, ask for 3 years salary" - is this the answer you wanted ?

Find out, it will have a bearing on any offer.

Stop talking years. You aren't even on the planet. If this had gone to tribunal and you had won it would have been closer to 6months - not years. 9months if you are very lucky. End of. Not on top of redundancy pay! Real life is redundancy pay plus £2k more at best. Maybe. And bear in mind that you have utterly no case now. The employer has put it right - she has her job back, the system worked.... she has no claim and they don't have to offer a penny.
