I love DDML, it is one of the few things I can safely use if I get an allergy breakout on my face. I am not using it at the moment, but have used gallons over the years, I have dry skin and always used it rather as we now use serums, and wore a moisturiser with an SPF on top.The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. One UU and some ins..
The UU was Palmolive olive shower cream. It's lovely and can usually be got for £1 somewhere. What's not to like? WBA. Finished it after running 6 mile cross country race this morning. I should have stayed in and had the scotch pancakes!
The INs were a set of BS Shea butter shower cream, soap, scrub and body butter from DH as a valentine's present. I really like this stuff but did find it funny because it's he who regularly points out how many toiletries I have! I was quite relaxed because I really feel like I'm making progress now.
I was interested to read about some of our contributors who are out of the habit of using make up. I can never get out of that habit because I have 10 tons of it to use up (only a slight exaggeration) but I wear it to work because it makes me feel a bit more polished and 'on', if you follow me. I still think that women are judged on their appearance more than they should be.
I found I wore make up more often when I had perfected a very quick routine. Concealer or quick touch of light foundation, eyebrow pencil, Benefit Lemon Aid, mascara, slick of lipgloss and on pasty days a weeny bit of blusher, all done in a very few minutes as I am always late, much to the annoyance of my OH!The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. Maddie, im another vote for a quick make up routine. I to have lots to use up but always ended up putting it on on the train or tube on my way to work when I lived in london... now I put it on in the car when OH drops me to work lol. Ever late! I did get excited this week when I noticed I can see the silver base starting to come through on my jerome alexander magic minerals powder!!! I am desperate to use it up as its crap! (I only use it over my foundation)
Another UU for me woohoo and still 0 in! Todays use up with a sure roll on deo - I would buy again but I have another 2 in use at the moment to use up before I get any more lol.0 -
Bit of a lull with various dribs and drabs hanging on but nothing actually finished yet.Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

R.e. make-up. I'd love to be able to wear make-up everyday but I'm lucky if I have the energy to get dressed most days.2019 Wins

Ach im fine.....had a good cry! In fact, im probably not quite finished yet LOL! I just hate the fact i wasn't there....my first guinea pig died in my arms when she was 8,it was horrendous, but i was there, which was oddly comforting. I just don't want the other one to get lonely!Total debts = [STRIKE]£3116[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]2216[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£2066[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1916[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1766[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1616[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1466[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1316[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1166[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1016[/STRIKE]£866

Itzybitzy sorry about the guinea pig.
The makeup thing is a time and energy thing with me just don't seem to have enough of either to wear it everyday. Looks like I may need it tomorrow though seem to have a bit of a rash thinking it may have been the Garnier BB cream as it smelt very highly perfumed. Hopefully it will go down over night.0
