I'm afraid the urge to shop is strong today as I really need cheering up. I've been feeling Ill all week and have woken up this morning with a bad back, and have been hobbling around all day. Then I have some bad news regarding an elderly Aunt, she had a stroke last week and seemed to be recovering well, but she has had further problems and things do not look good.
I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling wellAnd I'm also really sorry to hear about your aunt
Huge *hugs* for you.
If you were to shop, what would you buy? Would yoube adding to a stash, or would you be trying something new/different?
bubble32 I'm going through the same as you. I've still not ventured into my cupboards  I did TA some (v old) open items this morning in a fit of "how long have I been pretending to myself I'll re-start using this???"No buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60
May INs: 14 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 11
2012 INs: 77 UUs/OUTs/GAs: 91
Savings from UUs: £60.50

Not sure as yet just have the urge to go and look for something, unfortunately when I need cheering up its usually something that I don't really need, and quite often based on pretty packaging or something like that.0 -

OT assessment went really well. Going to be getting a bath board, some rails for the bath, a rail near the bed, a rail on the other side of the stairs, a perching stool and he's going to arrange for one of the sofas to be made higher as I struggle getting off of them.
Unfortunately I'm not eligible for wheelchair services as I don't need a wheelchair for 4 hours a day 4 days a week (I'm never well enough to go out that much and our flat isn't big enough for me to have a wheelchair indoors, even if I did need it) but that's okay. At least I now know where I stand.I'm going to try and save up for a self-propel wheelchair (even though I can't self-propel. It's for stability more than anything) in purple.

Some INS - Joliebox related, so don't look now if you don't want to know haha! (if i dont post it now, i will forget!)
I actually love the Joliebox, box and bag! Didn't realise it was so cute and dinky! However, that doesn't make up for horrendous customer service and two of the products in the box LOL also, lack of little magazine which the French get
the good INS
-Taaj Purifying and revitalizing make-up remover, 100ml - Good size, hope it wont aggrivate my skin! Can't find the bloody product on the website but 500ml of it on amazon costs £9.63.....
- Jane Iredale Just Kissed Lip and Cheek Stain, Have no idea what size it is but it is stupidly dinky! Very lovely though, smells divine! Full size on the website costs £15.
- Macadamia Deep Repair Masque, 30ml. You can get it for £3.20 off Amazon.
and a lovely Joliebox make up brush
Then my smile turns to a frown haha
- Lavera Handcreme, 20ml. hardly a luxury product as it has been readily available in the LIB boxes...........worth about a £1
- RMK Cleansing Oil, 3ml.........IN A SACHET, why on earth would you think a 3ml sachet of oil is a good thing to put in! It's almost unusable in a sachet. Kick in the teeth is that it even has sample on the back of it....i feel i could have just walked into shop and got this LOL!. 175ml is worth £30
So, yeah....MEH! lol....bring on the next Amarya and LIB Red Carpet BoxTotal debts = [STRIKE]£3116[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]2216[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£2066[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1916[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1766[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1616[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1466[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1316[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1166[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1016[/STRIKE]£866

I am pleased that it went well, I was just thinking about you. I am not sure what might be available in your area, but where I used to live the local Red Cross had wheelchairs that one could borrow for short periods of time, making a donation to funds, not a charge as such. I remember after breaking an ankle needing something nice to wear to a smart dinner, and not being up to walking on crutches around all the shops in "the big town" to find some new clobber. Was pretty un-nerving when OH pushed me down a short flight of steps in it:eek:, but was a great help. If you have anywhere special you would like to to be taken to it might help, and make things more enjoyable for you, say if OH was having a few days off work or a family event. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. Luckily I already have a wheelchair.:o It's just not suitable for my needs as it's very rickety, unstable, and causes me alot of pain, hence why my GP said to ask the OT for a referral to wheelchair services.:o
DH runs with me in my wheelchair and I make car noises.:rotfl: I'm 25.:o2019 Wins

4 UU
Loccitane Masque eclat shine mask, 8ml - WNBA, absolutly lovely and really worked for my hair, but I have a funny feeling i would not be able to afford it!
Hello Kitty Liberty - Body Wash, 175ml - WBA, quite gutted thats the last of my Hello Kitty stuff used up. Keeping the pump bottle though, it is pretty and i can just decant other shower gels into it! Makes you use less aswell.
Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser, 30ml - WNBA, i would never be able to afford the full size. It didn't wow me, but i did enjoy the feeling of properly cleansing my face with the cloth. I will probably do the cloth thing morning and night now!
Boss Orange Postcard Sample - WNBA, me no likey!Total debts = [STRIKE]£3116[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]2216[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£2066[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1916[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1766[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1616[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1466[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1316[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1166[/STRIKE][STRIKE]£1016[/STRIKE]£866

:rotfl:And why not. My brother-in-law, who is in his late 50's was asked by his ex-wife (he was obviously doing something she thought unsuitable) when he was going to grow up. He replied "never if I can help it", a good philosophy I think. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0
