Santander and Financial Insurance Company have a new arrangement for Santander to handle all old GE Capital Bank store card PPI complaints. Previously if your complaint was rejected you referred it to Genworth the parent company of a Financial Insurance. So any current and future redress payments will now be issued by Santander.0

Indeed, though they have rejected some of the very old cases (more than 15 years ago) so dates are key hereSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
