Supermarket price fixing on petrol

A cartel is where they all pre-agree a price. Competitive pricing is where one place see the price and adjusts accordingly. Our Morrisons goes down by a penny and the 4 petrol stations do accordingly. This is how business works!0

Around our way the prices vary by as much as five pence per litre. The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0

I think this is going on elsewhere too! I went to get a bacon butty this morning for £2.20, and then popped over the road to get some coffee. The small sandwich shop next to the Spar I was visiting also had bacon butties for £2.20!
I feel this must be against the law and must be a price cartel, as I can get a bacon butty from a dodgy van on the A59 for £1.99. How can I take this further?
