  • Hi. Signed up for see film first last week and got an email yesterday to see best marigold hotel if you are a nat west customer.
I have an old account and the card itself is two years out of date. Mangaged to book two tickets, but right at the end of the booking process it says to bring the card and e ticket on the evening in order to gain admittance.:o
Just wondering if we should risk it, does anyone know if they will check the card details closely?
  • Hi all, has anyone seen any preview codes for Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close apart from the Sky screenings, really want to see this film and got turned away tonight from the Bluewater showing as overbooked.
    Thanks

Have been to loads of these screenings and never had any id or cards checked
  • I've been to loads of showings with various chains and have been asked for id twice now, so it does happen! But I don't know about Nat West showings and how likely it is as I have never been to one:)

At most screenings, people are asked to show their Nat West card but they just check the name, they don't have details on anything to do with the account or how old it is etc.

    You should be fine.

I went to see Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close in Cardiff last night with Sky screenings. There were only about 10 seats free and it is probably the biggest venue i've seen a screening in. Unfortunately due to a funeral before hand, we were late getting there which is unusual for us, so had to sit in the very front row, neck ache and dizzyness to begin with. I really enjoyed the film and thought Thomas Horn was a very good young actor. The storyline was very original and having heard what the film was about i did not find it depressing at all.
  • Hi
I always tend to look on the 'free cinema tickets - codes only' thread but have missed a few new posts on there now. I remember some people saying that they got text messages when something new was posted on the thread. Can you still do this and if so how can i do it?
    Thanks
