Hi Ben,
Don't know if anyone's answered your question, I can't find the option anymore and I vaguely remember seeing it once but can't remember where!:o Wanted to change the name on my ticket as I can't go but DD and friend are going instead.
SFF got back to me about 2 days too late saying that you can do name change.. didnt need it in the end tho0 -
I've changed the name on cinema tickets a few times for friends but they've never been asked for ID.
From the FAQs:
I would like to change the name on my tickets
If you want to change the name on your ticket, please send the name of the person that will be using the ticket to changeofname@showfilmfirst.com
Perhaps mods can add this info to the front of the codes only thread ?!0 -
As a result of rotten traffic, we cut things a bit fine for "Snow White & the Huntsman" tonight at Lee Valley, and found ourselves in a small group of people turned away from a packed showing. First time ever for me, so I've written a 'more in sorrow than in anger' email to Virgin. Luckily the cinema had a second, nearly empty, preview on at the same time, so we got to see "Fast Girls". No cliche is left unused in this carefully timed story of a British women's sprint relay team, but we really rather enjoyed it anyway.Make £2023 in 2023: (all decluttering), current total £2860 me, £330 for friends & family, £468 charity donations.0

I saw the Virgin screening of Snow White at Norwich yesterday and anyone who didn't have ID in the name of the ticket was made to stand to one side and told to wait until everyone else had gone in before they were allowed in. I'm not sure if anyone got turned away as I arrived early but it looked full.
The film itself was quite good - bit different from the other Snow White film, Mirror Mirror, which I saw recently!0 -
Snow white and the huntsman serious security and audience monitoring with infra red binoculars throughout. Dark film and great cinematography.0
