I'm surprised people were walking out due to that kind of delay. As I say, you can get half an hour of trailers and ads with a normal film that you have to pay for, so to wait 40 minutes for a FREE preview seems pretty good to me!
Our coverage started at 6:30? so yes, 55 mins. Jeez0 -
The start time was 6.45...

Haha, you said it! Some real know-it-alls on here, I know how to tell the time and I know what happened at my venue but hey, they know better right?0 -
Changing the subject slightly but does anyone know whether Cheap Day Tuesdays is still running at the Vue Cinemas as i can't find it on the website only the discounted tickets?0

I know that the start time for The Dictator was 6.45pm at all venues. Insulting someone just because you don't like the facts is rather pathetic.
You should also perhaps learn to be a little more appreciative of FREE tickets - complaining about having to wait 40 minutes for something you haven't even had to pay for is most unbecoming and unbelievably ungrateful.0 -
We started at 7:25!
Was just constant footage of people on the red carpet signing and posing for the cameras, we even had another 10 mins where they rerun his arrival in the Lambo on the back of towtruck which they showed by popular demand (how? by who?) from 7:15 onwards...
Same here..started at 7:15. Was surprised that 75% of what was shown in the trailor was not there in the actual movie0
