to be fair, handing out loads of tickets, yet letting in 4-5 people, is extremely incompetent, and the first time I have heard of that happening with showfilmfirst in 5 years of using them.

Its basically dreadful planning, someone got the numbers wrong there its pretty obvious.

In Sheffield they were giving glasses of Prosecco, goody bags etc at the Kingsman Preview.
Maybe at the venue where they only let in 5 they only bought one bottle?

I think, although am not sure, there were competition winners and people who had paid for tickets already in the cinema screens. It seems to have been massively over allocated by SFF.

Vue were selling tickets for £12 for last nights screenings, so I guess they must have just given the unsold seats to SFF customers.
