On the off chance that someone returns a ticket for a SFF screening, would it simply then be returned to the main site immediately or can someone claim them from another site?

    ??

SFF's allocation of tickets are for their use. Any returns are usually reissued. Often that is why there is another code. Failing that, people are always best to keep checking even on the day of the film just in case a handful of tickets are made available at the last minute.
  • Hey I was wondering if anyone could help.

I live in Kent and there never seems to be codes for cinemas in my area, does anyone know why that is? I always keep my eyes out

Ashford is sometimes listed but it's the didstributor who decides where they show.

Now, I'm always the first to moan about people not knowing anything about the films that they are only seeing cuz they are free (you know the type - "Oh no it's foreign/arty/talky etc"), who then talk or play with their effin phones all the way through.

I never expect people to research everything about a film (and it's always good to be surprised by something you had no/little knowledge of beforehand) but you know surely it helps to know the basics: it's a comedy, it's foreign, it's violent, it's made by that director whose last film you hated/loved etc etc.

BUT - I really must hold up my hands and say I am a big hypocrite.

I went in to watch The Heat the other day thinking that it was gonna be a comedy. Wow, how wrong was I?

There were more laughs in Schindler's List.

    Funny, isn't it!

My husband and I went to see it and both enjoyed it(Although the flaws were many admitedly).

I looked at ratings on this film and it had many 1's and 2's out of 10 and many 9's and 10's out of 10 and overall 7.7/10 so I conclude that it's a film you will either love or hate as you did:)

Recently I looked at reviews for Pacific Rim, the first Alex Zane in the sun gave it 10/10 then I read the I Newspapers review which gave it 1/10 so obviously you can't make everybody happy all at the same time:)

If you're going to post films involving Johnny Depp at Godalmighty in the morning way before I get up can you at least have the decency to book my tickets for me so they aren't unavailable when I do surface????????:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

If I have to PAY to see the Lone Ranger it will be entirely your fault:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
