They are real tickets, just for a different venue,
And to someone who said people get turned away, any screening I have been to has only ever been 40% full because people book tickets then never bother to show
i took my disabled sister in law and got turned away because the venue was full , so dont say it dosnt happen0 -

What your doing is still "fraud" the fact you don't understand is just mind boggling!! your ticket is for carlisle so go there!0 -

You've helped me from making a fool of myself at wrong venue!
The cinema and Vue Head Office now know what you have been up to and deleting posts won't prevent the Admin and BG's on here from providing them as evidence if requested.
People like you make me sick. Often there are people who miss out on tickets but they don't behave the way you do.
You turning up with fake tickets can stop those with genuine tickets from gaining entry plus you have taken tickets from someone in another city who might have used it.
At the very least, you should have the respect to cancel those tickets.0 -

But it was so long ago I forgot the correct location for Edinburgh.
I do this because not everyone uses their booked tickets..
And people think I make it up/exaggerate about the fraudulent activities going on !
Is it any wonder that dozens of genuine ticket holders get turned away when there are people like this around..... and here is someone admitting what they have been up to.....
so how many people are doing this on the qt ?!
And hayleydthatsme.... I am not impressed by your 'apology'.....
You are apologising for people getting upset by your admission, but nothing about apologising to the people who may well have had a wasted journey going to a screening at Edinburgh, but unable to get in with a genuine ticket - because you have fraudulently taken their seat with your forged one !!
Plus admitting you have done that numerous times.
Just about sums it up really:cool:
And as for you being a newbie...... Yeah, whatever....0 -
Err whats going on with the codes page? Loads of random posts about tickets being available etc, thought this was a no, no?
Now I can see everyone is too busy on here picking on people. Yes I know she is wrong for forging the tickets but reactions are so over the top. I don't think you'll get much sympathy from SFF as they really frown upon posting codes on the internet in the first place.
What about, for example, the people who buy the magazine with the code in who can't get tickets cos people who blagged the code have 'stolen' their ticket. Just sayin.0 -

It was overwhelmingly voted that 'more availabilty' or 'more tickets have been released' are to go on the codes only thread.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Okay, thanks for clarifying, only I had a right load of hassle last year for doing just that. I hadn't checked on here for a long time as wasn't much point with a newborn.0 -

No probs, I did a vote as some said no to it and only wanted codes and others wanted new availability.
Basically it ended up that if a new batch of tickets have been released it can go on the codes board but posts like 'only liverpool left' needs to be on the discussion thread.

Went to a SFF screening not so long ago and forgot to take my ticket with me - as the venue was actually 30 miles away from where I live there was no time to go back and get it - does anyone know whether or not they would let you in if you simply hung around until the screening started - maybe in the hope that it was not full up by this time?0

I've often wondered if you turned up without a ticket as it was fully booked but empty due to lots of no shows. Would they let you in?0
