I've been a member of the cinema tickets wall for a while now and have signed up to receive emails once a new post is live. However, I rarely receive emails when new posts are added, only an email once in a while. As a result I miss out on many tickets
Is there anything I'm doing wrong?
I have this problem too! Not sure why.
If you manage to get tickets via the thread, is it literally just a case of printing something off and taking it to the showing?! Do you need the code for anything else?0 -

Other than Picturehouse cinemas, all you need to do is take the printout to the people who take the tickets at the cinema. They will either tell you to queue or take the printout and direct you to the screen. If it is a 3D film, you will be given 3D glasses. Keep them in case you need them for a paid film.
If the film is showing at a Picturehouse cinema, take the print out to the box office as Ph issue tickets for their preview screenings.0 -
Saw a few people walk out after certain scenes during Evil Dead this evening. I find it incredible some don't bother watching the trailers. If it was called something harmless I'd understand perhaps people misunderstanding... but it's EVIL DEAD!
Seems like a complete waste of petrol/traveling/energy to me, I'm sure fans of the series would have appreciated those tickets more...
Cardiff was about 2/3 full, air con seemingly off (I could feel my eyeballs cooking like when I used to visit my grandparents) and the doormen were using infra-red binoculars to check if people were using phones/cameras/having hand shandies. Do they do that during paid-for movies? I'd be pretty annoyed if so...
I did jump and cringe quite a few times so I guess that is all you would want from a good old fashion horror flick - never saw the original but would think that fans of this genre would be happy to pay the ticket price to see it.;)0 -

Yes, it looks like the database is down.
Just print off your original email instead - it's got the e-ticket and barcode at the bottom.
Exellent thanks to both. I had forgotten about this.2014 Financial AimsStart a pension - Overpay on mortgage - Generate a second income2014 Comping AimsAmerican Holiday - Cash - Hi Spec Laptop0 -
Please note that swapping of tickets should not be posted as it is against the site rules to exchange personal details and posts asking for tickets will be deleted.
