Same here - glad it is not just me that is struggling - although I do have an email in my "Junk" box thanking me for registering.
So I don't quite know what is happening.

I haven't been able to get tickets for the last 2 virgin showings, I keep getting Oops! We don't seem to have an account that matches these details. Please try again.I can sign in via my virgin mobile account and virgin say that it's still active but I still can't get tickets! When I call Virgin they keep sending me to marketing who send me to Virgin Media as it's a media promotion, who send me back to marketing because I haven't got a media account, so I've given up, fortunately plenty of other free showings about!

I wondered if it might be browser associated so had both IE and Chrome windows open - probably restarted IE 3 or 4 times and Chrome 5 or 6 times and re-entered account details on each occasion.

Eventually just left both with the "flickering squares" and waited
About 10 minutes later the Chrome one had moved to the next page.
I had to enter email address and names etc in a manner that I don't remember doing last time or any time before - and this must be the 6th or 7th Virgin preview I've done.

I've had that message a few times tonight - but finally managed to get some now, so it is worth trying again.
Remember to make sure that it is clicked on the phone option not the virgin media account before you put your mobile number in - I had to click back and forward between the two before it finally accepted it.
Sorry if I am not explaining this very well.
