Yup, check the expired codes thread to see what films have shown there in the past and who issued the tickets.

Got tickets for Les Mis and I give it a year. I had some for Monsters Inc but had to give them up on Tuesday when i discovered i was working.

I saw Jack Reacher with Sweet Sundays yesterday, really enjoyed it. I had to surrender my Gangster Squad ones because i had this awful bug over christmas so using Sweet Sundays to see that this weekend.

Does anyone know of any other companies offering tickets like the Esso or Sweet Sunday ones coming up?

I'm in Worcester too and compared to certain other areas, free cinema showings in Worcester are quite rare!

Possibly but check that link I posted. Pitch Perfect was the last on 4th December.
  • Hi, hope I have posted this in the right place.

I just returned 2 Les Miserables cinema tickets for tomorrow at Newham Showcase, I notice that Manchester Showcase, Peterborough Showcase and Dudley Showcase are also still available. tellten.co.uk/pin/133751

  • I've been to the theatre performances before. But not the cinema ones. What time can you collect tickets from? Film starts at 18.30pm. But we will be in the area very early. Would we be able to collect them then? Cheers.

There are no tickets to collect for films.
You need to give the print out to the people who rip tickets. They tell you where to queue and screen number.
You are not guarenteed entry as it is first come, first served . So get there early.

Normally 30 minutes before start of film is fine but if you are going to Les Mis, I recommend about 45 mintues. There are rarely any trailers before the film.

Went to Norwich Odeon last night and we were a bit late getting there, security guard for Sky tried to help us find a seat, right at the back there were two separate seats either side of a couple and the guard pleasantly asked the lady if they would move up one, well she started off on one about how she had got there early because this was where she wanted to sit and moving one seat either way would put her out, so I told the security guard thank you but to leave it, I didn't say so but I had no wish to sit near somebody quite that unpleasant!!!!

I have been to showings myself, arriving early and been asked to move and am quite willing to do so, so found the idea of somebody not wanting to move one seat either way to be laughable!

We sat in 2 seats right at the front, but the film was well worth it, recommending Gangster Squad, now that guy (Josh Brolin) should have been Jack Reacher becuase that's how I've always imagined him!
